Who are We?
Foundations Psychiatry is a newly founded behavioral health organization that provides high-quality psychiatric care and medication management for those 16 years of age and older. Dr. Larson offers Psych Evaluations, Medication Management, Spravato Treatment, and Addiction Counseling. We work with all forms of mental health disorders including depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, PTSD, insomnia, ADHD, dementia with behavioral concerns, and all other mood disorders.
In addition to completing his four-year psychiatry residency, Dr. Larson also completed an additional year of training in Addiction Psychiatry and is the only addiction physician in St. George.

Meet the Doctor
Dr. Jeremy Larson was born and raised in St. George, Utah. Dr. Larson completed his undergraduate studies at Utah Tech University and Utah Valley University. He then attended Touro University of Nevada for medical school and graduated in 2016. He found psychiatry to be the most gratifying specialty when in medical school and therefore chose to become a psychiatrist. He was accepted into Psychiatry residency in Erie, Pennsylvania and graduated in 2020. In addition to residency, he also completed a fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry in 2021.

Foundations Psychiatry DOES NOT offer after hours crisis management services. If you are having a mental health crisis and are in need of St George Psychiatry help after our doors have closed for the day, please remember that help is still available.

We are always working hard to make add more companies to our list to better your situation!
